How It Started

Cagii Burger started the way most great things do: with friends, a flat-top grill, and the simple question — "What makes the perfect burger?" After years of backyard experiments, pop-ups, and too many taste tests to count, we opened our doors with one mission: to serve the best smash burger you've ever had.

We didn't want to build just another burger joint. We wanted a place where every detail matters — from the bun to the beef to the final bite. A place where you walk in hungry and leave happy.

The Smash Philosophy

Smashing isn't just a technique — it's a philosophy. When you press a ball of fresh beef against a screaming-hot flat-top, something magical happens. The Maillard reaction creates a caramelized crust packed with flavor, while the thin patty cooks fast enough to stay juicy inside.

Every burger at Cagii Burger is smashed to order. No heat lamps, no pre-cooked patties, no shortcuts. Just fire, beef, and a heavy press.
